About Me

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward's University with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy. I currently work as a licensed professional counselor in private practice. Much of the work I do focuses on processing experiences from a mind/body approach in the present moment. I empathically engage with clients and meet them where they are in their process. A big part of my approach involves building self compassion through self awareness without shame. I do this by creating a collaborative and safe environment with no judgment.
